The A New Way Forward Mission

A New Way Forward is an initiative designed to help "reculture" a critical mass of willing, community-loving African Americans––the high and the humble––who are the influencers in their local area. They are leading from the streets, corporate suites and the many places in between. We have created a healing manual and healing retreat that will assist us all in recovering from the damage to our psyche and soul that's been done over the centuries, that offers consciousness-changing principles and best practices to help anchor Black people solidly in our Highest Self, bringing about the greatest personal liberation and joy. Our offering is for those who want to nourish and fortify their spirit, who want to push for public policies to protect and advance our suffering young and transform our imperiled communities.

A New Way Forward will train the trainers, the legions of men and women who will work together to become the protective shield for our children and ourselves. Our ultimate goal is to create a shift in consciousness that will make able, stable Black people want to mentor our vulnerable young and assist in the recovery of our struggling children and those who've already fallen into peril. We are offering healing and soul-strengthening principles and practices to those in the vanguard and urge that they teach them to other adults and our children. We are navigating the path to empowerment through healing, self-responsibility and mutual love. We owe more to our ancestors than we can ever repay. But we must try. And we don't have time to waste. As we push our project forward, please join us. Let us believe together that love is the strongest force in the universe and that it heals; that none of the negative powers imperiling our children is as potent as Black love. Let us commit to working together in harmony, exemplifying the spirit of peace and mutual respect we want to take root in our communities.
